Outreach and Communications
The main objective of this project is to position FPHRC as the entity to turn to regarding HR, develop and implement membership strategies and raise awareness about the new sector council. The project will also establish a good core network of regional representatives to build and leverage off the existing relationships and contacts made by the previous seafood council. This project also seeks to develop a high standard of professionalism and customer relations amongst the industry. Ultimately the FPHRC will be the leader in providing HR services and training products to the food processing industry.
The overall objective of the project is to:
- Position and create awareness and interest about the new Food Processing HR Council;
- Identify compelling reasons for stakeholders to participate with us and develop a diverse and representative membership;
- Develop results-based connections through alliances and partnerships with other sector councils, associations, governments and other key stakeholders;
- Create a new system where a network of representatives cover numerous provinces and therefore would facilitate provincial association involvement.
- Provide timely and relevant information to the industry on a monthly basis
- Develop a stakeholder engagement plans
- Develop a network of educational partners
- Identify current HR issues
- Explore and gauge the interest of the beverage sector
- Promote products
- Organize workshops and training activities
